Shipping Policy
Orders are sent using Evri
I aim to dispatch all orders, including Express Delivery within 48 business hours.
Please note, orders are not posted on weekends or bank holidays.
~ Standard | £2.99| Delivered in 2-3 business days once dispatched
~ Express | £4.50 | Delivered in 1-2 business days once dispatched
You will receive tracking for your order via email. Should your order be delayed or lost in transit, please inform me within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Should I not be informed within these timeframes I am unable to process a refund or replacement due to the claim timescale of my shipping provider.
Cherubs Charms are not responsible for orders being delayed or not delivered due to incorrect addresses being entered when ordering. Please check as addresses can not be changed once the order has been placed.
The free shipping on orders over £30 is not valid for Northern Ireland or some Scottish postcodes due to the postage costs being higher to send to these areas.
🌍 International Shipping & Customs
We are a UK-based small business and are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries.
Please note that when ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and/or handling fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside of our control.
🇪🇺 European Union (EU) Orders
Orders shipped to the European Union are sent from the UK and are therefore treated as imports. We do not charge UK VAT on EU orders.
Depending on your country and order value, you may be required to pay:
• Local VAT
• Customs or handling fees
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order for your parcel to be released by customs.

International orders (including the United States) may also be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees upon arrival.
We are not responsible for:
• Customs delays
• Additional fees charged by customs authorities
• Parcels held or returned due to unpaid customs charges

All international parcels are sent with accurate customs declarations, including a description of the contents and the full value of the order, in accordance with international shipping laws.
We are unable to:
• Mark orders as “gifts”
• Undervalue items
• Alter customs information upon request

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

🔁 Returns & Refused Deliveries
If an international order is:
• Refused by the recipient
• Returned due to unpaid customs fees
• Returned due to incorrect address details provided at checkout
Any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or customs charges will not be refunded.
